La Baume Saint Paul Cabernet Syrah 0% is the red wine in La Baume's Saint Paul alcohol-free range, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah produced at Domaine de la Baume in Servian, between Beziers and the medieval town of Pezenas in Languedoc. The estate was replanted across more than 190 hectares under GCF ownership with both regional and international varieties. Retailers describe the wine as showing blackberry, blackcurrant, plum and spice on the nose, with smooth dark fruit, soft tannins, and a light hint of pepper from the Syrah.
