Bluntrock

George and Hugo co-founded the brewery to bring small-batch, US-style pale ales and IPAs to North Cornwall and to the community around Rock. George leads the operation as head-brewer. Bluntrock is registered as Bluntrock Brewery Limited and based at Trewiston Lane, St Minver, in the Wadebridge area. Between March 2023 and May 2024, the team built a state-of-the-art brewing facility on the same site.

The brewery draws on centuries of British brewing tradition. Its range spans pale ales, lagers, cask beers and monthly specials. Bluntrock works with Lallemand and uses Lona Yeast and Evodia Bio Yops™ in its brewing process. The alcohol-free portion of the range suits sober-curious drinkers and those seeking small-batch options from an independent Cornish producer. Bluntrock distributes through multiple channels.
