Bluntrock Yop Rock is the lager in Bluntrock's small AF range, from a brewery in North Cornwall. When it launched, the brewery claimed to be the first in the UK to use Evodia Bio Yops in a beer, a yeast-derived aroma compound developed by EvodiaBio in partnership with Lallemand Brewing. Evodia Bio Yops are added during fermentation to contribute aroma character, offering an alternative tool for flavour development in low-alcohol formats.
