Insel Brauerei is a German brewery founded in 2015 by Markus in Rambin, on the island of Rügen, Germany's largest island in the Baltic Sea in north-eastern Germany. The brewery produces both full-strength beers and an alcohol-free range, taking inspiration from little-known and forgotten historical beer styles. Its alcohol-free beers are sold under the Hiddenseer name, a reference to the nearby island of Hiddensee.

All Insel Brauerei beers are top-fermented, using two different yeasts per batch, and undergo three stages of fermentation in open, shallow tanks where Baltic sea air is part of the process. The beers are then bottle conditioned, meaning secondary fermentation takes place inside the bottle rather than in a tank, and none are filtered. The brewery uses a 4-roller mill for grinding malt and a dedicated construction for lautering its special malts. Whole hop leaves are used rather than compressed pellets, and the malts span barley, wheat, oats and rye. Bottles mature under light-protection paper.

The alcohol-free range covers wheat beers, radlers and pale ales. One of the wheat beers is produced with floor malt, natural hops and open sea-air fermentation, triple fermented and bottle conditioned. The radler in the range is vegan-friendly.

The brewery produces only its own original recipes. Its beers are available through specialist and multi-channel retailers.
