Darling Cellars is a South African wine cooperative, founded in 1947 in the town of Darling on the cool West Coast, that produces de-alcoholised wines as part of a wider wine portfolio.

Previously known as Mamreweg, the cooperative comprises around 20 shareholders farming approximately 1,300 hectares of vineyards near Darling, roughly 15 kilometres from the coast. Around 95% of those vineyards are bush vines grown without irrigation. The cooperative practices sustainable viticulture and works to preserve biodiversity across its holdings. Winemakers Pieter-Niel Rossouw and Reon Richter work from a cellar that has been modernised significantly since 1948, with stainless steel tanks from 5,000 to 54,000 litres and a barrel ageing cellar of around 450 barrels. The cooperative's private cellar was established in 1996.

Darling Cellars specialises in Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz, and also cultivates Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside historic varieties from the 1970s including Malbec, Cinsault and Grenache.

The alcohol-free range is de-alcoholised using spinning cone technology, a process in which the wine passes through spinning cones under vacuum at low temperature, allowing the alcohol to be removed without exposing the wine to heat. Reds, whites, rosés and sparkling styles are all represented in the de-alcoholised range, making it a practical option for sober-curious drinkers. A 2-litre bag-in-box format is also available within the range.

Darling Cellars exports its wines and packages them to suit different markets. The de-alcoholised line sits alongside four main wine ranges within the cooperative's broader portfolio.
