Darling Cellars De-Alcoholised Sparkling Blanc is an alcohol-free sparkling Sauvignon Blanc from the Darling region of South Africa. The grapes are grown in dryland vineyards, farmed without irrigation, on bush vines that stand freestanding rather than being trained along wires. On the nose it has green apple and sweet pear. The palate is balanced, lightly carbonated, with a finish that lasts. The brand also makes a De-Alcoholised Sparkling Rosé.
