Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc-Grenache Rosé
Darling Cellars Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc-Grenache Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé from a South African grower cooperative with bush-vine vineyards on the Atlantic coast.
About This Drink
Darling Cellars was founded in 1997 as a cooperative of around twenty growers, cultivating some 900 hectares of unirrigated bush-vine vineyards within the Darling appellation, close to the Atlantic coast. This alcohol-free sparkling rosé sits alongside the brand's wider DC de-alcoholised range, which covers still and sparkling styles. The Atlantic coast location, roughly an hour north of Cape Town, contributes the cool-climate conditions that characterise the Darling appellation.
