Oddbird's Low Intervention Sparkling Orange Nº1 is an alcohol-free orange wine from Alsace, France, made from hand-picked organic Gewürztraminer grapes. Orange wine is produced by a skin-contact process, where the juice ferments together with the grape skins rather than being separated straight away; this gives the wine its golden colour. The wine is then aged for twelve months in stainless steel, and the alcohol is removed using a low-temperature, aroma-preserving method.
