Darling Cellars DC De-Alcoholised Rosé NV is an alcohol-free rosé from South Africa, dealcoholised, meaning fermented to full strength and then the alcohol removed. It is a blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Grenache. Pale salmon-pink in the glass, the wine has ripe strawberry and sweet candyfloss on the nose. On the palate, it is dry, refreshing, and balanced, with a smooth finish. Best served chilled.
