Château de Saint Martin is a Cru Classé wine estate in Taradeau, Côtes de Provence, recognised as one of the oldest vineyards in France, with viticulture on the site dating to the 2nd century BC and an alcohol-free dealcoholised rosé now among its range.

The 100-hectare estate in the Var department sits at 130 metres altitude, with 50 hectares given over to vines. From the 10th to the 18th century, the monks of Lérins maintained it as a wine-growing priory, building an underground cellar in the 12th and 16th centuries that remains in use today. In 1740, the property passed to a French noble family and has remained in the same family for eleven generations since, often handed down from woman to woman; the current owner is Adeline de Barry.

The estate produces white, rosé and red wines under the AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP Méditerranée appellations, with annual production exceeding 150,000 bottles of Côtes de Provence. In 2018, Liquoristerie de Provence, a craft distillery run by Renaud de Barry, Adeline's husband, came under the estate's umbrella; it produces absinthes, pastis, liqueurs and spirits from plant macerations and infusions rather than synthesised aromas.

The alcohol-free offering uses vacuum dealcoholisation, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then the alcohol removed under low pressure to preserve aroma. Château de Saint Martin follows an agro-responsible approach, holds High Environmental Value Certification at level 3, and the site is classified under the Natura 2000 network. A bird protection centre on the property has been operating for over 50 years. The estate sells through its own online shop.
