Château de Saint Martin's Fav0%rite Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé from the Provence region of France. It comes from a range of dealcoholised rosés the family group introduced as demand for them grew. The wine is dealcoholised by cold vacuum distillation, which means it is made at full strength and the alcohol is then drawn off under low pressure while kept cold, with natural aromas added back to replace what that process removes. In the glass it shows a melon and peach colour. The aroma carries rose, vine peach, passion fruit and pomelo, a large citrus fruit. It tastes fresh with good tension, rose coming through again, and finishes on apple and kiwi.
