Conker is Dorset's first gin distillery, founded by Rupert Holloway in 2014, and one of the first craft gin producers to develop a distilled alcohol-free spirit alongside its core range.

The distillery was born on the Dorset coast and handcrafts its spirits in small batches. Its gins blend British wheat spirit with botanicals sourced from the Dorset coast and New Forest, drawing on New Forest Spring Water throughout. Production takes place in copper pot stills, including a named still called Big Bertha.

Conker moved into alcohol-free spirits at an early stage for the craft gin sector. Its alcohol-free spirit is made through the same pot-still process: each botanical is distilled separately before blending, with New Forest Spring Water used as the base. The product is positioned for the Dry January audience and for nominated drivers seeking an alcohol-free spirit on any occasion.

The wider range has grown since the distillery's launch. A coffee liqueur using speciality-grade coffee from the FAF organic farm in Brazil appeared in 2017. In 2020, Conker added further releases, and the brand has also collaborated with Fortnum & Mason on a limited-edition liqueur.

On site in Dorset, Conker operates a tap room, offers public tours, and is available for private hire. The distillery has raised £55,000 for the RNLI and is working towards a Net Planet Positive environmental and social contribution by 2030.
