Conker Bowser Leaf is an alcohol-free gin from Conker Spirit, a small independent distillery in Dorset. It is distilled in copper pot stills using New Forest spring water, and its botanical blend leans on patchouli, an unusual choice, alongside garden herbs. The result is dry and herbaceous, with a fresh, savoury green flavour carrying spice and a natural sweetness. Mint and thyme come through on the palate, and it finishes with a moreish dryness that lasts.
