Three Spirit

The team behind Three Spirit spans plant scientists, world-class bartenders, winemakers, herbalists, and artists, and was shaped by a collective frustration at missing out on interesting drinks while avoiding alcohol. Their stated mission was to show that alcohol-free does not mean pleasure-free, positioning the range as a Third Way between drinking and not drinking. Three Spirit's drinks are plant-based, built from adaptogens (plants associated with helping the body cope with stress), nootropics (compounds linked to cognitive function), herbs, distillates, and ferments. The ingredient list is specific: Lion's Mane mushroom, Schisandra berry, Guayusa, Ashwagandha, Manuka leaf, Hüll Melon hops, cacao, and green tea all feature across the range, with all ingredients described as clinically approved. Multiple production techniques work with those plant materials. Maceration (steeping botanicals to draw out their compounds), fermentation, and distillation sit alongside more specialised processes: reverse osmosis (a filtration method that removes unwanted elements), freeze-drying, and ultrasonic extraction (which uses sound-wave energy to pull compounds from plant material).
