NITRO Mocktails

Bill Gamelli founded the brand from the observation that those who choose not to drink often settle for uninspiring, sweetened alternatives, and built the NITRO Mocktails range around the principle that texture and presentation matter as much as flavour in a premium adult drink.

The nitrogen-infusion process is the brand's defining feature. Each can contains a nitrogen charge that, when opened, releases a cascade producing a smooth, velvety pour with a foam head, replicating the texture of a hand-shaken cocktail without any mixing or preparation. The effect is substantially different from standard carbonated RTD cans: the mouthfeel sits closer to a bartender-shaken drink than to a conventional canned beverage, and the visual presentation reinforces that premium positioning. Recipes were developed over several years in collaboration with mixologists and chefs, and the formulations use no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.

The core range spans five cocktail-inspired variants, each built around a classic cocktail archetype. NITRO Mocktails is a member of 1% for the Planet, committing one per cent of annual sales to environmental non-profits.

Distribution runs through specialist alcohol-free retailers and direct-to-consumer via the brand's own site, with pricing in the premium bracket reflecting the nitrogen-can format and cocktail-category positioning. The nitrogen-charge format gives NITRO Mocktails a sensory distinction from the broader field of AF RTD cocktail options in standard carbonated cans. Among sober-curious drinkers, the brand stands out as one of the few AF RTDs built specifically around a format innovation rather than flavour variety alone.
