NITRO Mocktails

The brand was founded by a group comprising an even split of drinkers and non-drinkers and developed in collaboration with bartender Ezra Star, with the aim of providing an inclusive drinking experience for non-drinkers and mindful drinkers. Production follows a small batch, mixology-inspired method. Each drink is non-carbonated: in place of carbonation, the nitrogen widget embedded in each can releases bubbles upon activation, making the serve nitro-charged.

Ingredients are sourced from several distinct regions, including Carthamus flower from south Asia, Quassia shrub from Andean rainforests used as a bitter base flavour, Sangiovese grapes from Chianti in Italy, Sicilian lemon, Mexican lime, juniper berry, and acacia. None of the drinks contain artificial ingredients, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrup, and only natural ingredients are used throughout.

The brand's alcohol-free range is produced in a canned format for non-drinkers and sober-curious drinkers.
