NITRO Mocktails Karma Sucra Mockapolitan is an alcohol-free Cosmopolitan mocktail, mixology-inspired and built around cranberry juice from concentrate (10.7%) and lime juice from concentrate (1.5%). Natural flavourings include quillaia extract, derived from the bark of the soapbark tree and used here as a foaming agent. On the nose, it has cranberry, grapefruit peel and bitter orange. The flavour is sweet and sour, with cranberry and bitter orange over a base of quinine, juniper and spices.
