Co-founder Mike Gammell brought industry experience from Days Brewing and a background as a former AB InBev executive to a format that sits genuinely apart from the ready-to-drink mainstream. The brand was created in response to the growing moderation trend and a perceived gap in sophisticated AF options: Gould and Gammell set out to produce something that felt like a proper drink for people choosing to moderate, without the generic character of many existing alternatives. Each bottle is a concentrate, mixed at a ratio of 25ml to 175ml of sparkling water per serve.
