Citizen Spritz Bitter Orange is an alcohol-free spritz concentrate modelled on the classic Aperol Spritz, one of three concentrates in the Citizen Spritz range. The recipe was the result of a 20-month development process and over 40 iterations. Unlike many AF aperitif products, it is formulated to mix with sparkling water rather than still water or AF wine, which the brand says maintains a crisper result; each bottle yields 20 servings. The flavour is built around bitter orange and rhubarb.
