Fire & 5th
Fire & 5th is an Irish alcohol-free spirit brand, created by flavour expert Mary Maguire with the aim of bringing stimulation to alcohol-free occasions and producing aperitivo-style alternatives built on natural fruit and botanical extracts. The brand had new products on track for commercial launch in 2025.
The brand makes alcohol-free spirit alternatives for sober-curious drinkers. Its drinks contain no alcohol and no artificial additives. The range draws on a unique blend of natural extracts and flavourings, producing bold flavour profiles from ingredient combinations that include chilli, blood orange, green tea and ginger.
Chilli and blood orange carry the distinctive taste notes across the range, with ginger and green tea adding complementary character. The products are built for sensory engagement and are intended to be stimulating in their own right.
Product development at Fire & 5th involved a formal collaboration with Teagasc's National Centre for Brewing and Distilling, an Irish state food and agriculture research agency. The partnership supported the formulation and refinement of the brand's products.
