Dead Man's Fingers is a British spiced rum brand that originated in the Rum and Crab Shack in St Ives, Cornwall, taking its name from the local term for crab gills. The brand was built around a deliberate rejection of tradition in favour of unusual flavour combinations, with the original spiced rum developed using ingredients including Cornish saffron cake, Pedro Ximénez ice cream, nutmeg, vanilla, and orange. Dead Man's Fingers is owned by Halewood Artisanal Spirits and produces a range of spirits including spiced rums and liqueurs, with the brand's bottles carrying a skull design.

In 2022, Dead Man's Fingers launched its first alcohol-free spirit, marking the debut AF release in the range. The drink is produced using spinning cone technology, a low-temperature process that preserves the flavour compounds of the original spiced recipe while removing the alcohol. The AF release brings the brand's distinctive approach to unusual flavour pairings to sober-curious drinkers.
