It is a spiced rum alternative rather than rum itself, since it contains no alcohol. The drink is made using spinning cone technology, a method that spins the spirit at speed to draw off its alcohol, carried out here at high heat so the finished product keeps the same taste as the brand's full-strength Spiced Rum. On the nose it carries a de-alcoholised rum aroma.
