HOLOS Kombucha

HOLOS Kombucha is an organic kombucha brand founded in West London in 2018 by a small group of friends, born from a desire to make natural kombucha with a positive impact on the world. The brand produces alcohol-free kombuchas and sparkling teas that are unpasteurised, unfiltered, and raw.

Each batch is brewed from organic, loose-leaf tea and organic raw cane sugar, then aged over a long fermentation period to develop the kombucha base. The result is a chilled, lightly sparkling, living fermented tea containing natural caffeine from the tea and live cultures to support gut health. As a naturally fermented product, HOLOS is a soft drink with trace alcohol.

Production runs in small batches at a facility in West Sussex. All packaging is fully recyclable. The range of kombuchas and sparkling teas finds a natural audience among sober-curious drinkers and those who prioritise gut health.

HOLOS supports survivors of exploitation and trauma, including victims of trafficking, through paid work placements, and runs the Holos Foundation to extend this work. The brand donates 2p to the Holos Foundation for every can of sparkling tea sold.
