HOLOS Basil & Mint Organic Kombucha is an alcohol-free kombucha brewed in West Sussex from a blend of four teas: green, Earl Grey, yerba mate, and rooibos. It is fermented using a live SCOBY (a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). Basil and mint are added after fermentation rather than during brewing.
