Ilkley Brewery is a Yorkshire brewery, founded in 2009, that produces alcohol-free beers alongside ales, lagers and American pale ales, drawing on a local brewing tradition that stretches back to 1873.

The original Ilkley Brewery and Aerated Water Company was established in that year but brewed its last pint in 1920. Luke Raven founded the current brewery in 2009, bringing brewing back to the town. In 2025, Graham Smith, a director at Rooster's, acquired the business. Ilkley has brewed more than 200 unique beers and 13 million pints in total.

The brewery launched its first alcohol-free beer in 2019. Raven's goal was to produce a beer without alcohol that dispels the idea that no alcohol means no taste, and the AF range now covers pale ales, lagers and stouts. Tettnang hops feature in the lagers; the pale ales use Calypso hops alongside Vienna, Caramalt, Aromatic, Munich and Crystal malts. The brewery has also collaborated with Sleaford Mods on a beer, and a new head brewer, Ally, joined from BrewDog.

Exports have grown from 3% to 10% of sales, with beers reaching France, Finland and a tap listing 8,036 miles away on Sakhalin. Ilkley's beers are available throughout the United Kingdom and across parts of Europe, and the brewery holds regular events and tours at its site in Ilkley.
