Ilkley Brewery Maiden Mary Pale Ale is the alcohol-free entry in the brewery's Mary sub-series, sitting alongside Nowt Mary Stout in Ilkley's wider range. Brewed with five UK-sourced malts (Vienna, Caramalt, Aromatic, Munich and Crystal) and hopped with Calypso, Azacca, Independence and Ahtanum varieties from the USA and New Zealand, it pairs locally sourced grain with internationally sourced hop character. Unusually, the vegan certification extends beyond the liquid to the bottle, label and glue.
