Bristol Beer Factory is a Bristol brewery, founded in 2004 by Simon Bartlett and George Ferguson, that brews cask beers alongside an alcohol-free IPA. The brewery occupies the last fermentation tower of the historic Ashton Gate Brewery, on a site in south-west Bristol where beer has been produced since the 1820s. It was established with the aim of reviving south Bristol's brewing tradition.

The brewery began on North Street in Southville, in a Victorian brewhouse, before moving production approximately 1km to its current site in Ashton Vale. It grew at around 35% year-on-year until 2014 and invested in a new brewery in October 2015, tripling its brewing capacity. Bristol Beer Factory now produces 10,000 hectolitres of beer a year and employs a team of 19 people. The brewery has also installed CO2 recovery equipment and a centrifuge system as part of ongoing infrastructure investment. A core range of nine beers, mainly cask ales, is complemented by three venues the brewery operates in the city. A turnover of around £3 million was recorded in 2019.

The alcohol-free line, released in 2020, is an IPA produced using a high-temperature mash method and a fast 24-hour fermentation with a special yeast, then dry hopped with Citra. The beer also uses Mosaic hops and contains lactose. Suited to designated drivers, it was developed in collaboration with Talk Club, a mental health charity whose first meetings the brewery hosted. Five per cent of sales from this beer are directed to Talk Club, and the brewery donates 2% of all sales to local charities in Bristol.
