Bristol Beer Factory's Clear Head IPA, released in 2020, is the brewery's best-selling alcohol-free beer. It was made in collaboration with Talk Club, a mental health charity, and 5% of every sale goes to support its work. The beer is brewed from a grain bill of barley and wheat, with Citra and Mosaic hops. The brewery uses a high-temperature mash and a short 24-hour fermentation with a special yeast to keep the alcohol low. It is clear and golden-amber in the glass, with flavours of sharp citrus, apple and stone fruit alongside mango and grapefruit. The finish is crisp and dry.
