Divin
Divin is an alcohol-free winery based in Touraine, in the Loire Valley of France, producing wines from Loire grape varieties since 2018 and a pioneer of the category in the region.
The winery owns vineyards at Villebois in Touraine, where it cultivates Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cot, Cabernet and Gamay. Wines are made by dealcoholisation, meaning fermented at full strength with the alcohol removed after vinification. Part of the range is processed through vacuum distillation, a technique that removes alcohol under reduced pressure to preserve the character of the wine. Throughout the range, wines are vinified on the lees, a process that adds texture to the finished wine. Divin draws on traditional Loire winemaking know-how alongside its dealcoholisation methods, which have been continually refined since production began in 2018.
The range spans still and sparkling whites, rosés and a red, all made without alcohol. Two of Divin's wines have won awards.
Divin is distributed through multiple channels, and its Loire Valley wines find their natural home with sober-curious drinkers and those who want to keep French wine on the table without alcohol.
