Pale Fox is a British-owned premium sparkling wine brand, founded in 2020 by Harry Cooke and Mark Gidney, that produces its wines in the Valle delle Volpi (Valley of the Foxes) in Asolo, Italy.

The brand was built around specific production and environmental commitments from the outset. All Pale Fox wines are vegan and low-sulphite, and the winery operates entirely on renewable energy. The brand also plants a tree for every order placed through its own website. These are structural decisions made at founding rather than additions applied later.

Pale Fox entered the alcohol-free category in 2023, extending the core Prosecco range into the low-and-no space. The 0.0% variant is made from Glera grapes, the same variety used in the alcoholic Prosecco range. Alcohol is removed using a bespoke vacuum distillation process, a technique that operates at reduced pressure to lower the boiling point of the liquid, allowing the alcohol to be separated at lower temperatures and protecting the wine's delicate aromatics in the process. The brand describes this method as central to preserving the aromatic character of the base wine in the finished AF product.

Pale Fox positions itself in the ultra-premium segment of the sparkling wine market. The 0.0% variant is designed as a direct counterpart to the flagship Prosecco rather than a separate lower-tier offering, and its pricing reflects that. Distribution spans mainstream supermarkets and direct-to-consumer channels, making the alcohol-free product accessible to sober-curious drinkers seeking a premium sparkling option without specialist retail access.
