Seasn is the follow-up project from Ben Branson, who founded Seedlip and spent years establishing the case for non-alcoholic spirits as a serious drinks category. After six years of kitchen experimentation, Branson launched Seasn as something different: not a spirit alternative, but a cocktail condiment. Bitters, to be precise, in a format that works whether or not there's alcohol in the glass.

The range has two expressions. Seasn Light is green and zesty, built for brighter drinks like sparkling water, margaritas, or gin and tonics. Seasn Dark is aromatic and spicy, suited to richer bases like ginger ale, Old Fashioneds, or Negroni-style builds. Both are 0.0% ABV, sugar-free, vegan, and made from natural ingredients. Three dashes is the suggested measure.

The "salt and pepper for drinks" framing is the brand's central argument: that most drinks, alcoholic or not, benefit from a dash of something that adds balance and depth. It's a concept borrowed from culinary thinking rather than the spirits world, and it gives Seasn a distinct position in the AF category. Rather than replacing a spirit, it seasons whatever is already in the glass.

The brand has placed its products in a significant number of bars and restaurants in the UK and internationally, including Michelin-starred venues. For home use, both expressions are available direct from the brand's website.
