Dr. Jaglas is a Berlin-based alcohol-free drinks brand founded by Christina Jagla, a pharmacist who brought an apothecary sensibility to the growing world of non-alcoholic drinks. The name and identity lean into that heritage: ingredients sourced with pharmaceutical care, no artificial additives, and a clear point of view about what goes into the bottle.

The core range centres on non-alcoholic aperitifs inspired by Italian classics. San Limello is a lemon-forward alternative to limoncello. Herber Hibiskus takes on the bitter-sweet territory of Aperol. San Pompello adds grapefruit bitterness, and San Orangello covers bitter orange. Each is designed to be drunk in the aperitivo style, either straight over ice or lengthened with sparkling water. There are also ready-to-drink spritz formats that come pre-mixed with dealcoholised Riesling.

Alongside the aperitifs sits a range of herbal elixirs with roots in medieval monastery recipes, and a pair of limited-edition dealcoholised mulled wines made in collaboration with Weingut Leitz, a well-regarded VDP estate in the Rheingau. The mulled wines use dealcoholised Merlot or Riesling as the base, finished with traditional warming spices. They appear seasonally and have attracted attention from food press.

Dr. Jaglas sells primarily through its own website and on Amazon, with distribution that currently skews towards Germany and broader Europe rather than deep UK supermarket penetration. Prices sit towards the premium end for the category. The brand occupies a niche that bridges the German apothecary tradition with contemporary AF drinking culture, which gives it a distinct identity in a market crowded with imitators of mainstream spirit brands.
