Julius Zotz is a family winery founded in 1865 in Heitersheim, in the Markgräflerland region of Baden, Germany, which produces alcohol-free sparkling wines and still wines alongside a conventional wine range. Julius Zotz established the winery in 1865, building on a wine trading business that Karl Zotz had started in 1845. The estate has been run by the Zotz family for six generations and is currently operated by Martin and Michael Zotz, with Julian Zotz representing the sixth generation in the business. Dennis Meindl serves as winemaker.

The winery cultivates approximately 95 hectares of vineyards, growing varieties including Gutedel, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Spätburgunder, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. In the cellar, wines are moved by gravity processing (where wine flows through the winery by gravity rather than by pump) and aged in stainless steel tanks. The range covers white wines, red wines, and alcohol-free sparkling wine and still wine; one of its drinks has picked up awards.

Julius Zotz places importance on sustainability in both vineyard and cellar operations. The winery has a tasting room and cellar door, and regularly offers tastings and tours.
