Julius Zotz Blanc de Blancs Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine from Heitersheim, in the Markgräflerland area of Germany. The alcohol is removed using vacuum distillation (distillation at reduced pressure, which lowers the boiling point and protects delicate aromatics), carried out at around 30 degrees Celsius to preserve the wine's natural aromas.
