Blanc de Blancs Alkoholfrei
Award-winning German Sekt, dry and fruity, from Pinot Blanc grapes.
About This Drink
Julius Zotz Blanc de Blancs Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free Sekt, the German style of sparkling wine, made in the Baden region of southern Germany. It is produced from Weißburgunder grapes, the variety known elsewhere as Pinot Blanc. The wine is fermented at full strength and then dealcoholised, meaning the alcohol is taken out afterwards, before being turned into a foaming sparkling drink. It tastes dry and fruity. This is an award-winning release.
