Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller is a German wine producer founded in 1886 by Jacob Zimmermann, based in Zell in the Moselle Valley, with an alcohol-free range that has been available since December 2013.

A family business now in its fifth generation, the company is currently owned by Dr. Tina Schiemann and Dominik Hübinger. In April 2023, Les Grands Chais de France acquired business shares in Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller. The winery produces wines and aromatised wine-based drinks at three locations: Zell-Barl, Kinheim, and Bad Bergzabern, where it also owns a pressing station and bulk wine cellar. Over 1,000 winegrowers across Rhineland-Palatinate supply the company with grapes, and almost 45 per cent of its sales volume originates from the Moselle, Pfalz, and Rheinhessen winegrowing regions.

The company has expanded through a series of acquisitions: in 2008 it integrated the Weinbund winery into its Kinheim plant, and in 2009 it acquired the Lorch winery in Bad Bergzabern. A new warehouse complex was completed in 2017. One of the leading wineries in Germany, Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller recorded sales of over 100 million litres and a turnover of 168 million Euros in 2015, and employs 285 staff, including 26 trainees. Its wines are distributed to over 50 countries.

The alcohol-free range, introduced in December 2013, extends the portfolio for sober-curious wine drinkers. One of the brand's alcohol-free drinks has won awards.
