Michel Schneider Riesling Non-Alcoholic
Dealcoholised German Riesling, citrus and apple with a fresh spritz.
About This Drink
Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller make this alcohol-free Riesling at Zell on the Mosel, one of Germany's classic Riesling regions. It is dealcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and then the alcohol is taken out; the grape aromas are gently removed before this step and added back afterwards, so the character carries through. It tastes of citrus and apple, with a fresh spritz. The release joined the brand's existing alcohol-free wine range, and it has won awards.
