Zeronimo Sparkling Select is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine made in Austria from a blend of Grüner Veltliner, Yellow Muscat and Rivaner grapes grown in the Wagram region. It is dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength and the alcohol then removed, here using vacuum distillation, a gentle low-temperature method, with the aromas captured and added back afterwards; it matures in steel tanks. On the nose it is fresh and crisp, lightly floral, with fresh lemon, elderflower and honey. The taste is bone-dry, with roasted almonds, crème brûlée, brioche and exotic yellow fruits. It closes on a mineral finish.
