The brewery takes its name from Sady, a village near Poznań in west-central Poland. Sady means 'orchards' in Polish, a reference to the agricultural character of the local region, and the brewery's fruit-forward approach to several of its AF beers reflects that local identity. Browar Sady brews and packages its beers entirely in-house, operating its own on-site bottling and canning lines rather than relying on contract packaging.

The alcohol-free range is produced under the Sady 0,0% label and covers IPAs and fruit-infused beer styles. Browar Sady treats the AF line as a distinct product range rather than a secondary addition to its conventional catalogue.
