Browar Sady
Browar Sady is a microbrewery in Sady, a locality in the Wielkopolska region of west-central Poland, that has been brewing since 1997. The brewery was built from scratch, drawing on knowledge gained from books and visits to other breweries across Poland and abroad before setting up its own brewing operation.
The brewery operates on a small scale from its home in Sady. Browar Sady's programme covers a variety of beer styles, with an alcohol-free beer at 0.5% vol as the AF option in the range. Sober-curious drinkers and those seeking to avoid alcohol will find a small-brewery option in Browar Sady's AF beer.
