Browar Sady's Smoke Allowed! is an alcohol-free Rauchbier, a German style of smoked beer, made in Sady, Poland. This award-winning beer was brewed in collaboration with the Polish Homebrewers Association to mark the group's 15th anniversary. Its smoke comes from beechwood-smoked malt, malt kilned over beechwood fires, which gives it a strongly smoky, complex and dry character. It is hopped with Polish Iunga hops and carries a moderate bitterness.
