Graf Hardegg is an Austrian winery in the Weinviertel, based in Seefeld-Kadolz on the Pulkau in Niederösterreich, that introduced an alcohol-free grape kombucha to its range in 2024.

The winery is the premium brand of Gut Hardegg, a family business spanning over ten generations. Estate owner Maximilian Hardegg oversees a 30-hectare vineyard, producing a wide range of wines that includes whites from Viognier grapes. The Graf Hardegg label also extends to organic honey and native rapeseed oil produced on the estate.

The alcohol-free grape kombucha was developed by winery manager Andreas Gruber and oenologist Frank John. Produced from Grüner Veltliner, Merlot, and Zweigelt grapes, it incorporates organic ingredients including hibiscus, rosehip, nettle, yarrow, mallow, various herbs, and hops. Graf Hardegg also produces alcohol-free aromatised wines alongside its kombucha range. One of the brand's drinks has picked up awards.
