LUST & FEAST

The aperitifs are made without fermentation and without any contact with alcohol, using a process of gentle cold extraction: botanicals are drawn out at low temperatures to preserve their character. The base liquid is soft, low-calcium spring water. Botanicals are sourced from certified partners worldwide and include flower and herb extracts that give the drinks a subtle bitter note. No artificial colours or flavours are used. After filtration, each batch goes through a detailed tasting before release. The drinks are effervescent and packaged in champagne bottles sealed with a natural cork. Leftover botanicals are passed to regional wineries in the area as a natural fertiliser.

LUST & FEAST is a newcomer to the beverage industry and works with partners across Germany. The aperitifs are aimed at sober-curious drinkers who want a considered, celebratory format without the alcohol.
