Resident Culture Brewing is a Charlotte, North Carolina craft beer brand founded by Chris Tropeano, Philip McLamb, and Amanda McLamb, with an alcohol-free lineup released under the Resident Culture NA sub-brand.

The brewery's original home sits in the Plaza Midwood neighbourhood of Charlotte. In 2022 it added a second major location in the city's South End district, occupying the former Mac's Speed Shop warehouse. That venue combines the brewery with a coffee programme and a taco kitchen, El Toro Bruto, turning the taproom into a full food-and-drink destination.

The guiding philosophy at Resident Culture is that community matters more than the beer itself. The taprooms are designed as social spaces first, with the beers serving as the medium for connection rather than the end goal. That same outlook shaped the decision to enter the AF category: Resident Culture NA extends an invitation to drinkers who want to take part in taproom culture without alcohol.

Sober-curious drinkers and those who engage with craft beer culture on their own terms will find the community-first identity a natural fit. The brand's footprint is centred on Charlotte, with its taproom locations serving as the primary point of access to the AF range.
