NARC IPA is an alcohol-free West Coast-style IPA from Resident Culture Brewing in Charlotte, North Carolina. Rather than brewing at full strength and removing the alcohol afterwards, it is made with a specialised yeast strain that naturally produces very little alcohol during fermentation. Citra and Mosaic hops give it a citrus-forward, hop-driven character.
