Tempus Two
Tempus Two is an Australian wine brand founded by TikTok creator and artist Silk Cartwright, with art and sustainability part of the brand alongside the winemaking. Grapes are sourced from Australian vineyards, and the wines are produced at the brand's own winery under Chief Winemaker Andrew Duff.
The brand launched an alcohol-free collection alongside its wine range under the Tempus Two Zero name. This covers white, rosé, red and sparkling formats and is made using spinning cone column technology, a method that gently removes the alcohol from wine that has already been fully fermented and produced. These are dealcoholised wines, meaning the alcohol is taken out after the standard winemaking process is complete, rather than the wine being made without alcohol from the outset.
The alcohol-free range is suited to sober-curious drinkers and those looking for wine without the alcohol. One drink from the range has picked up awards.
