Tempus Two Zero Pinot Grigio is an alcohol-free white wine from Australian Vintage, made from grapes grown and harvested on vineyards across south-eastern Australia and launched in July 2022. It is built mostly from Pinot Grigio grapes. The alcohol is removed using spinning cone technology, a gentle process that separates the alcohol from the wine while keeping its flavour intact. The aroma is light, with fresh citrus, green apple and pear. On the palate there is juicy pear, ripe apple, sweet melon and a spiced pear character. The body is light, and the finish is zesty and balanced, with a lime-like edge. This is an award-winning drink suited to long lunches, picnics or warm summer days.
