Wilderton is an alcohol-free botanical spirits producer based in Hood River, Oregon, co-founded by Brad Whiting and Seth O'Malley in 2020 to offer zero-proof cocktail options at social events.

The brand focuses on amaro-style aperitivo spirits, using four extraction techniques including vacuum distillation, which captures aromas and flavours at lower temperatures by reducing pressure inside the still, to process herbs, flowers, and botanicals from globally sourced wild plants. In July 2023, Wilderton opened what it describes as the first dedicated alcohol-free distillery and tasting room in the United States, a 4,000 square-foot facility in Hood River housing a 17-foot still. Seth O'Malley serves as chief distiller.

Wilderton participated in Diageo's Distil Ventures incubator programme, with Diageo holding a 27.78% stake as of its 2024 annual report. The brand later rebranded as Wilderton Aperitivo Co, positioning itself around spritz culture and the sober-curious audience. Distribution reached hundreds of retailers, bars, and eateries across the West Coast, with 300 on-premise accounts in the Pacific Northwest; one of its drinks has picked up awards. Wilderton has since announced it is closing its Hood River distillery and will not make new products.
