Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo is an alcohol-free spirit inspired by the great Italian bitter aperitivos, designed to capture the profile of a traditional red bitter liqueur. The botanical blend includes grapefruit, orange, and hibiscus alongside gentian root (a plant with an intensely bitter taste, long used in European aperitifs and bitters) and rhubarb. It is citrus-forward, with a floral character from the hibiscus and a firm bitter finish from the gentian and rhubarb.
