Stay Classy is the permanent non-alcoholic IPA in Bellwoods' range, built around multiple dry hop additions rather than a single late addition. The difference shows in the aroma: citrus zest and yellow grapefruit up front, with a dank, resinous West Coast note sitting just behind them. The pour is pale yellow, clear to slightly hazy, with good head retention. On the palate it's dry and light-bodied, the bitterness arriving cleanly in the mid-palate and carrying through to a dry citrus finish. There's a subtle bready malt note in the body but this is firmly hop-led. For non-alcoholic IPA it's among the more convincing available. The hop character is the point, and it comes through clearly.
