Bellwoods put out two versions at once: V1 with Cascade, V2 with Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe. Both were acknowledged works in progress rather than finished products. The V1 is the more restrained of the pair, Cascade being a hop that tends towards the floral and citrusy rather than the tropical. Grapefruit is the dominant note, with a light earthiness and some biscuity malt in the body. The body is light, the bitterness arrives cleanly and doesn't overstay. For a trial release the balance is already there. Now sold out. If you came here via Stay Classy IPA, this is the earlier iteration that pointed the direction.
