About This Drink
It pours a clear golden-yellow with a generous white head. The nose is grainy and mildly sweet, with a light citrusy edge from the hops cutting through. On the palate, bittersweet malt leads, the lactose keeping the mid-section smooth before a steady hop bitterness builds through the back. The finish is longer than you might expect from a non-alcoholic lager, carrying citrusy and faintly resinous hop character that lingers. Nothing here is sharp or complicated, just a straightforward, honest pint with some proper hop structure behind it. Uses Tettnang, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Magnum hops alongside Dextrin, Munich Light and Caramel 150 malts. Contains lactose and barley.
