About This Drink
The FIZZ Pear is built on fermented pear and apple juice with natural pear flavouring. Pear is the dominant note throughout: the nose is soft and ripe with a faint floral edge, and the palate carries that through with a moderate sweetness balanced by mild tartness. The carbonation is lively, which keeps it from feeling flat or overly syrupy. The finish clears quickly and cleanly. It's a simple, uncomplicated cider. What it does well is taste like pear rather than a vague fruity approximation. Best served cold, probably straight from the can.
